I just joined these guys....paid $10 to advertise with them for 1000 views. I got a couple of extra features like target country and the people are required to look at my site for 30 seconds before getting paid...not bad. Without the extras it's $5 for 1000 views.

I'll let you all know in a couple of days how it works out.
